Depending on the time of your flight, our driver/guide will pick you up from the hotel or Casablanca Airport at 8:00 am to begin your 6-day desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech. Where we are going to spend the night.

 

 

You can begin your exploration of Marrakech, dubbed “the red city of Morocco,” after breakfast in the riad. We’ll make sure you visit the most significant historical and cultural landmarks, such as the Bahia Palace, the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, and the Saadian tombs. You will see hundreds of handicrafts as you stroll through the souks following lunch at a restaurant close to the square. You will have some free time in the afternoon to explore the other parts of the city on your own.

 

 

We will embark on our desert expedition from Marrakech to the Dades Gorges today. We will first pass through the “Tizi N’Tichka” Pass. And the High Atlas Mountains, where we will see magnificent Berber villages that have been blended into the surrounding scenery.

After that, we’ll go on to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and spend a brief time exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many Hollywood films, such as “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Gladiator,” “Kingdom of Heaven,” “Prince of Persia,” and many more, were filmed against this backdrop. The exotic architecture and cultures of Morocco are reflected in the kasbahs, or fortresses. We will go a little farther to Ouarzazate after touring the kasbah. You are free to eat lunch there at your convenience (Optional). We will continue our journey to the Skoura Oasis, renowned for its Kasbah of Amridil, another amazing location, after lunch.

From there, our 6-day tour of Morocco continues to Dades Valley via the “road of thousand kasbahs,” where we are treated to a breathtaking view of a broad valley peppered with tiny oasis and hundreds of historic fortifications. Eventually, we arrive at the Roses Valley, where the town of “Kalaat M’gouna,” known for the annual “Roses Festival,” is held. When we get to “Dades Valley,” we’ll spend the night in a riad with dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast will be served at the Dades Valley Riad, where you can take in the fresh air on the terrace overlooking the unique valley. Following that, we’ll head to the Merzouga desert for a SAHARA DESERT TOUR. First, we will go to the Todra Gorges, where you will have free time to stroll around and take in the vivid green Todra valley and these stunning, jagged mountains. After that, we continue our 6-day Casablanca desert tour drive southward through numerous Berber villages (Tinjdad, Mellab, Jorf, and Erfoud) to Tafilalte Oasis and its palm groves.

We go on to the Sahara desert, Merzouga, where your camel caravan is waiting to show you the best of the Erg Chebbi dunes. The two-hour camel trek adventure starts before dusk. You will trek through Merzouga’s orange sand dunes. You will have time to take in the sunset in the heart of the Sahara while traveling to the real Sahara desert camp. If you’re interested, try sandboarding as well. The end of your camel trek desert excursion When you arrive at your destination, smiles and tea will be extended to you. The staff at the desert camp will show you your lovely, cozy private desert tent. Following a delectable dinner, you will enjoy the campfire while the music enthralls the atmosphere.

You will have the chance to ascend the sand dunes in the early morning and witness a magnificent sunrise over the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. (breakfast and a camp shower). After that, you can either take a 4WD vehicle or a camel ride back to Merzouga Village. We’ll travel to Fes and stop at a lot of attractions along the way. We will first pause to take in the breathtaking Ziz Valley.

After that, travel through the middle Atlas Mountains to Midelt City. You’ll visit Azrou and the cedar forests of Ifrane after a quick lunch break, where you can play with some Barbary Monkeys. Eventually, we’ll travel on to Fez, where you’ll stay in a riad for the night.

 

On the final day of our six-day private trip to Morocco. Leave for Rabat after eating breakfast at the hotel or riad. We will stop at Meknes City’s well-known landmarks and tourist attractions while traveling.

Then, continue on to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, where we will see the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the magnificent Mausoleum of Mohammed V, exquisitely adorned by regional artisans, the Kasbah of Oudaya with its gardens, and the Tower of Hassan II. Next, proceed to Casablanca, where we will take a sightseeing tour and pay a visit to the Hassan II Mosque (an external visit). Our six-day desert tour from Casablanca comes to an end after that.
